The easiest way to find out your link in any case is to head to one of your own playlists, and in the user column right click where it says 'You' and select 'Copy HTTP link'. You need to have a Spotify account, the Spotify app and being logged into Spotify. Create your own list. Log-in with Spotify. Select all your favorites and save them. Make sure your mobile device is connected to the same WiFi as your Google device. Open the Google Home app. Tap Account in the top-right. Verify that the Google Account shown is the one linked to your Google Home or Google Nest device. To switch accounts, tap another account or Add another account.

- Your web browser may need updating. You can check and update it in the Help section of your browser’s menu.
- Try opening the web player in a private/incognito window. Find the option to open a new private/incognito window in your browser’s menu.
- If you see the message “Playback of protected content is not enabled”, check out Enable the web player.
- Check @SpotifyStatus for any ongoing issues.
- Some shared or public networks (e.g. schools/work/office) restrict access to certain services. You can contact those responsible for managing the network for more information.
